In the state of Pennsylvania the minimum mandatory auto liability limits are as follows:
Bodily Injury- $15,000/$30,000 Provides protection if you injure, disable, or take someone's life while operating your car.
Property Damage- $5000 Provides protection for the damage that is caused to someone's property including their car.
Medical Payments- $5000 Provides protection for injured driver or passengers in your car.
Is Pennsylvania state mandatory minimum coverage enough to protect
you or your family if you are involved in a car accident? If you are at
fault in a car accident involving another vehicle would your property
damage coverage be able to cover the amount of damage done to that
vehicle? If you only had state minimum coverage your insurance policy
would only cover up to that amount. You would be responsible for the
rest of that expense. An example of this would be if you were in an at
